In 2012 I was taking my daily dose of SierraSil and my knees were not giving me any problems anymore. I stopped taking any dose, and within a few months my discomfort had returned.I have now begun my SierraSil dose daily again, and my discomfort has once again been eliminated.I will continue my program this time, life is great.
