Problem with my knee since 2007. Had an MRI 2008 – orthopedic Dr. said knee replacement necessary. Began SierraSil Jan 2008. Have seen orthopedic surgeon 4 times – I feel my knee much better than 2 years ago! Would not think of discontinuing daily SierraSil! I am 80 years in June.

PS I felt improvement in less than a week of use!
