About 10 years ago most of my joints were hurting and I was unable to close my hands. I started taking SierraSil and within 3 or 4 weeks most of my aches and pains were gone and I was able to make a fist again. I am 85 years old and I am able to ride my horses, garden and walk lots. I give most of the credit to Joint Formula14.
